If none of the listed authors on the submitted abstract are available for the poster/lecture presentation, can another expert present on their behalf?
If it cannot be ensured that a representative of the author collective will be able to give the submitted contribution as a “free talk” if the submitted contribution is accepted, then the contribution should only be submitted as a poster. In the event of a "poster" submission being converted into a "free talk", the contribution should be withdrawn if no author who contributed to the contribution can present it.

- Kann das Poster und die Präsentation auch auf Englisch sein oder sollte das auf Deutsch sein?
- Gibt es Möglichkeiten vor Ort das Poster zu drucken oder sollte es ausgedruckt mitgebracht werden?
